Do TWYN scents really smell like the originals?
Yes — that’s the entire craft. A scent can’t be patented, so our perfumers in France recreate the fragrance profiles of the world’s most iconic bottles, note by note. You’re wearing the same profile; you’re just not paying for the box, the campaign and the name on the label. And if your nose disagrees, our guarantee has you covered.
How long do they last on skin?
TWYN fragrances are blended at 20% perfume oil concentration — true eau de parfum strength, and higher than many designer originals. Expect 8–12+ hours of wear depending on your skin and the scent. These are not watered-down body sprays.
Where are TWYN fragrances made?
Every fragrance is manufactured in France by perfumers who have spent their careers in the industry. TWYN is a European company, based in Bulgaria, and every order ships from our fulfilment centre inside the EU.
Will my bottle leak or arrive broken?
This is the industry’s dirty secret — and the reason TWYN exists. Every bottle is machine-crimped and sealed, the same closure method used for pharmaceutical vials, then packed in protective inserts. Leaks and breakage are, in practice, eliminated. And in the rare event a courier defeats our packaging, send us a photo and a replacement ships free — no debate, no forms.
Are the ingredients safe for skin?
Yes. Our fragrances are produced in France under EU cosmetics regulation — the strictest framework in the world — with full ingredient compliance and allergen labelling on every bottle.
How fast is delivery?
Everything is in stock and ships from our EU fulfilment centre. Orders are typically at your door in 2–4 business days within the EU. No overseas shipping, no customs surprises, no six-week wait.

30 days, money back. Wear the scents on real days — work, dates, weekends. If any fragrance isn’t what we promised, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Yes, even after you’ve opened and sprayed it. We built TWYN so you could try luxury without risk — the guarantee is the point.
How fast are refunds?
A human reads your message and your refund is processed within 48 hours of approval. No ghost inbox, no “10–14 business days,” no vanishing support. The money lands back via your original payment method (your bank may take a day or two to display it).
How do I start a return?
Email us or use the contact page with your order number and which scent didn’t work for you. We’ll take it from there — simple instructions, no interrogation.
Why is the 6-piece set so much cheaper than buying singles?
One box, one shipment, one fulfilment run — we pass the efficiency to you. Singles exist for topping up a favourite; the Twyn Set is how you’re meant to meet the collection. That’s why it costs less than half the combined singles price.
Is TWYN really in stock, or will I wait months?
In stock, physically, in our EU warehouse — we never sell what we don’t hold. Each production run is limited (Batch 001 is 166 sets), and when a batch sells out, the shop says so honestly until the next one lands.
Can I reach a real human?
