   Request it online — takes a minute. Click the button on this page and enter the email you ordered with. We’ll email you a 6-digit code (no password needed). Open your order, click Return and choose the items you’re sending back.

   Send it back. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address. Put the bottles back in their box so they’re protected, and send them with any courier within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you — we recommend a tracked service.

   Get refunded. When your parcel reaches us and we’ve checked that nothing is broken, we refund you within 2 business days to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within another 2–3 business days.

Changed your mind before your order ships? Use the same button, open your order and click Cancel. If it hasn’t left our warehouse yet, you’ll get a full refund and nothing will be sent. Already shipped? Just start a return once it arrives.

Refill subscription? You can cancel it anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account. Cancelling stops all future orders and charges.

• Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
• Bundle Boxes are returned as a complete set — all six bottles and the box.
• Returning within 14 days of delivery? We also refund your original shipping cost.
• Broken on the way back? We can’t refund bottles or boxes damaged on their way back to us, so please pack them well.
