Why TWYN exists

TWYN started with two observations. The first: people love twin scents. The idea that you can wear the exact fragrance profile of a €300 bottle for a fraction of the price isn’t a trick — it’s just how perfumery works, and hundreds of thousands of people had already figured that out.

The second observation was less pretty. The brands serving those people were breaking their promises — bottles arriving cracked and leaking, orders lost for months, refund emails vanishing into silence. The product was right. The respect for the customer was missing.

So we built the version we wanted to buy from. Our fragrances are blended in France by people who have spent their lives in perfume. Every bottle is machine-crimped and sealed, packed by hand, and shipped from a warehouse inside the EU — at your door in days, not seasons. And if anything is ever not right, a human reads your message within 24 hours and your money moves within 48. Not because it’s good marketing. Because it’s the minimum.

That’s the belief underneath all of it. Smelling exceptional shouldn’t be a luxury tax. The scent is the luxury — not the label, not the price tag, not the marble counter it’s sold from. We make the twin. You make the impression.
